ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

Ways to work
together

Six defined engagements, each with a fixed scope, a clear deliverable and a price. Start with the smallest one that fits the decision in front of you — most teams grow into the next.

01 · Access Diagnostic

25.000DKK

1 market · 1 product · 2 weeks · ca. 18 hours

A fixed-scope review of one product in one market: where access breaks, which evidence actually moves the decision, and what to do next.

  • 60-min kick-off and up to 3 stakeholder interviews (45 min each)
  • Review of up to 10 existing documents (dossier, value story, submissions)
  • Barrier map: up to 10 access barriers, scored and prioritised
  • Written roadmap (8–12 slides) with owners, sequence and next 90 days
  • 90-min read-out session with your team
  • Not included: new analyses, modelling or market travel

02 · Monthly advisory

18.000DKK / month

6 hours a month · minimum 3 months

A standing senior line for the decisions that do not wait for a project — for teams that own the work and want a second opinion on the hard ones.

  • 6 hours a month, used as calls, document reviews or meetings
  • Up to 2 scheduled sessions (60–90 min) each month
  • E-mail questions answered within 2 working days
  • Quarterly access review (included in the hours)
  • Unused hours roll over one month; extra hours 3.000 kr./hour

03 · Evidence & submission review

from22.500DKK

1 dossier up to 80 pages · 10 working days · ca. 15 hours

An independent read of the evidence you are about to put in front of a payer, a committee or a board — before it goes out.

  • Review against the decision and criteria it must serve
  • Gaps, weak points and the 5–10 most likely objections
  • Written read-out (4–6 pages) with prioritised fixes
  • 60-min follow-up session
  • Larger dossiers or extra rounds quoted separately

04 · Fractional project leadership

from60.000DKK / month

Ca. 40 hours a month · minimum 3 months

I take the lead on an access project end to end: the roadmap, the stakeholders, the governance and the roadblocks that need clearing.

  • Ca. 40 hours of project leadership a month (approx. 1 day a week)
  • Project charter, roadmap, milestones and RAID/risk log
  • Stakeholder map and engagement plan, kept current
  • Weekly 30-min status and 1 SteerCo a month (prep, facilitation, minutes)
  • Monthly written status report
  • Handover plan your team can run
  • Extra hours 1.600 kr./hour; travel billed at cost

05 · Custom template set

from25.000DKK

5 templates · ca. 15 hours · 3 weeks

The five templates from the complete pack, adapted to your portfolio, your market and the way your team writes submissions — so the decks carry your logic, not a generic one.

  • All 5 decks (roadmap & roadblocks, stakeholders, market & competitors, penetration & share, targets & risks) adapted
  • Your stakeholders, competitors and brand colours in place
  • 1 round of revisions
  • 60-min onboarding session for your team
  • Team licence for up to 10 users

06 · Template membership

9.900DKK / year

12 months · team of up to 10

For teams facing the same questions year after year: current editions, new templates before anyone else sees them, and a quarterly session on what has changed in evidence and reimbursement.

  • All 5 decks, current edition
  • At least 2 new templates a year, before public release
  • Updated editions when the evidence or rules change
  • 4 members' sessions a year (60 min) on evidence, reimbursement and JCA
  • Licence for up to 10 users

07 · Evidence-to-Access Strategy Sprint

from45.000DKK

1 product · up to 3 markets · 3 weeks · ca. 32 hours

An intensive sprint that connects the clinical value of your product, the evidence you still need, what stakeholders prioritise and the practical requirements of the markets you are entering.

  • Half-day kick-off workshop (3 hours)
  • Value proposition and comparator review
  • Evidence questions ranked by decision impact
  • Reimbursement barriers and likely objections per market
  • Access roadmap (15–20 slides) with owners and timing

08 · International Market Prioritisation

from35.000DKK

6–8 markets · 3 weeks · ca. 25 hours

A structured answer to which markets you should enter first, and why — built on market attractiveness, reimbursement complexity, access to decision-makers, evidence requirements and competition.

  • Scorecard across 6 dimensions for each market
  • Ranked shortlist with the trade-offs named
  • 1-page barrier-to-entry note per market
  • Recommended launch sequence
  • 90-min read-out session
  • Each extra market 4.000 kr.

POLICY, ADVOCACY & INDUSTRY COLLABORATION

From market barrier
to meaningful change

Turning complex market access challenges into credible policy positions, collective action and meaningful change — drawing on experience with manifestos, white papers and industry alliances.

The product

How do we create access for a specific technology?

The organisation

How do we align companies, clinicians and other stakeholders around a shared goal?

The system

How do we formulate evidence-based recommendations that address barriers in the system itself?

01

Strategic Advocacy & Policy Development

From market barrier to policy change

For organisations whose access depends not only on their own product, but on structural conditions in the system.

You receive: A strategic advocacy plan with clear goals, documented arguments, prioritised stakeholders and next steps.

  • Analysis of the policy or reimbursement challenge
  • Mapping of decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Policy positioning and core messages
  • Prioritised recommendations and policy asks
  • Stakeholder engagement and advocacy roadmap
02

White Papers & Policy Position Papers

Evidence into influence

Not copywriting — analysis, strategic argument and evidence, written by someone who knows how access systems work.

You receive: A finished document with clear argument, documented sources, a defined position and usable recommendations.

  • White papers with evidence, analysis and recommendations
  • Position papers stating a clear professional stance
  • Policy briefs that distil complexity into a decision basis
  • Consultation responses
  • Evidence-based recommendations to improve patient access
03

Industry Alliances & Coalition Building

From fragmented voices to collective action

Many structural challenges are bigger than one company. I help several actors find common ground around a well-defined goal.

You receive: A structured alliance with a clear purpose, a shared narrative and a plan for the work ahead.

  • Mapping of potential alliance partners
  • Shared interests and conflicting positions
  • Facilitation of strategic meetings and working groups
  • Common agenda, principles and governance
  • Engagement plan with owners, milestones and outcomes
04

Manifestos & Collective Position Statements

Give a shared challenge a clear voice

A manifesto sets out a shared vision and core asks; a white paper goes deeper into evidence and reasoning. I facilitate the whole process — from defining the problem to validating a shared position.

You receive: A professionally written manifesto or joint statement, backed by clear argument and prioritised asks.

  • Problem definition and perspective gathering
  • Drafting and validation with stakeholders
  • Prioritised recommendations
  • Plan for taking the position to stakeholders
05

Multi-Stakeholder Roundtables & Strategic Convening

Bring the right stakeholders around the table

Roundtables, advisory sessions and stakeholder dialogues around a concrete market access challenge.

You receive: More than a well-run meeting — documented insights, areas of agreement, open questions and recommended actions.

  • Agenda design
  • Participant selection and mapping
  • Facilitation of the dialogue
  • Synthesis of key insights

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

Questions worth
answering early

How does an engagement start?

With a short conversation about the decision you are facing. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so — and point you somewhere better.

What do you need from my team?

The decision that matters, the evidence you already have, and access to the people who own the market. Everything else I can work with.

How quickly can you start?

Diagnostic and review engagements usually start within two weeks. Longer engagements are planned around the one I am already running.

Do you work with both Pharma and MedTech?

Yes. My own work has run across both — from global HEOR at Novo Nordisk to international market development in MedTech.

Can you work across markets?

I have worked on access in Spain, the US, Canada, Poland, Brazil and South Africa. I work in the market you are facing, not a generic model.

How is the work documented?

Every engagement ends with something written you can act on — a roadmap, a read-out or a plan — plus a session where your team takes it over.

WORKING TOGETHER

The right scope starts
with the right conversation

A focused review, ongoing strategic sparring or a team workshop. We start with your access challenge and agree a scope that serves the decision — not the other way around.
